Not Quite Done

I don't really have time to finish this one right now, so here's it so far.

Lighting/shading mock up

Here is a picture I am working on now. Ignore the not done hair and the terrible 3d/aliasing, it's a just a mockup so I get the lighting and shading right, I'm still working on the 'moon' light source.

Shane Prigmore you're my hero!

I was looking at fantastic Shane Prigmore art with that broken-hearted I'll never be able to do that feeling, so I decided to fix up some nicer photoshop brushes and draw the snowman outside (in true aussie fashion he does like his beer).

So I've decided to animate an angry little Napoleon, talking to some pancakes.. sort of. Here are pictures of Napoleon and said pancakes.
