I tried that watercolour brush settings in photoshop 7 and it kindaaaa....worked...I'll have to post it up.....How did you get the next rough edge to the line down the back of the girl on the left? It is just the brush? hmmm.....Miss Kalachova is clever.
it's a layer under with lowish opacity, it's one of the standard Photoshop brushes, just wet edges turned on and that fade into background colour thing. it fades from dark blue to a kind of pink.
I'm pretty sure it's got scattering and paper texture.. maybe a dual brush I don't remember. It's definetly pen pressure sensitive in relation to size... but i'm sure you've got that on for everything.
